Enhanced Care is a premium support service for businesses who rely on their broadband connection. With guaranteed SLAs on initial responses and more importantly fault fixes, you can be sure that we're giving your problem the highest possible priority.

For businesses with one broadband connection Enhanced Care gives you added peace of mind, and makes sure you're not offline for long periods of time. Similarly, if you've got key staff working from home, Enhanced Care means they get a prioritised service in the event of a fault.

Key points

  • We aim to respond to fault reports within 1 hour of them being raised (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm)
  • We aim to get faults fixed within 24 hours of being reported (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm)
  • One month contract

Please note that Enhanced Care gives you 24/7 support. This may mean engineers visiting your premises to resolve faults at any time of day or night.
