Plusnet Terms and Conditions for Plusnet Essential

GENERAL TERMS

1.This product is available for home use only.

2. The product comes with a 12 month contract on both broadband and Home Phone. Both the broadband and Home Phone services are sold as a single contract. Once the 12 months are up this will revert to a rolling monthly contract.

3. The broadband or Home Phone components of this bundle are not available separately.

4. The product is not available in conjunction with our 90 day guarantee.

5. You can change to another combination of Plusnet broadband and Home Phone services at any time during the 12 month contract. You will be allowed to see out the remainder of your Essential bundle contract on the new broadband and Home Phone combination. Any deferred contracts will continue to apply for the full 12 month period (from the deferred contract start date) regardless of the product you are moving to.

6. You accept that the price that we charge for a bundle of products may be lower compared to prices of the individual products in the bundle taken together. If you take a bundle of Services, but later choose to take one or more of the Services from another telephone provider, you accept that we may charge for the remaining Services at their stand-alone price or transfer you to the nearest like product offer.

7. If you want to cancel within 12 months you will need to pay all remaining subscription fees. This includes if you just want to cancel the Home Phone or the broadband part of the product.

8. All hardware must be paid for in advance on this product.

9. Essential bundle carries a referral bonus of 25p per month. Find our more information about referrals.
