If you're new to broadband you can cut the cost of getting started by agreeing to stay with us for 12 months. You can get your activation and a router for free, saving you up to £70. If you leave within 12 months you will have to pay the standard cost for any items that you choose to take for free.

Terms & Conditions
1. Please note - the hardware pictures shown during our signup journey are for your reference only. You may be sent a different piece of hardware of a similar specification.
2. If you cancel your service before the end of the 12-month minimum period, you will be expected to pay the full cost of the hardware, any prevailing subscription months owing for the remainder of the term in addition to any other cancellation fees that may be payable.
3. All of our standard Terms & Conditions apply, and take precedence over these terms where there may be a conflict.
4. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Any changes to this offer will normally be announced through the Announcements section of our Community site.
