Summary: Many of our unmetered packages allow for access during night time hours, without using up your guaranteed hours.
1.What is Night Time access? Night Time access is an extra feature for Anytime customers (excludes Anytime Lite), offering extra Internet access over and above the regular hours that come with your account. Night Time access is available between the hours of 1am and 7am. Any Internet connections made during this time are not counted towards your Anytime account's normal weekly usage.

To help you make the most of your account's included hours, you can now connect overnight. Have your e-mail waiting for you every morning by setting up your mail client to connect overnight. Download large files while you sleep and save your Anytime hours free to surf the Internet. Please remember that Night Time access is an added extra for most Anytime accounts: we are committed to offering the lowest cost and greatest value Internet accounts in the UK. Night Time access is an extra feature at no extra cost which we will continue to offer while we have spare capacity during the Night Time access period. If we find the Night Time service begins in any way to affect the high level of service expected by any of our Connect customers, we will remove, or otherwise limit, the service and notify all Anytime customers. 5.Do Internet connections during the Night Time access use up the hours included with my Anytime account? Here are a few examples: Connections started and ended within the Night Time access period 6.What happens if I can't connect between the Night Time access hours? If you find at any time you are unable to connect, keep trying or connect on another date. Additionally, you may try connecting at different times: if you find the service unavailable at 2am, next time try to connect at a later hour. 7.What happens if I connect to the Internet during Night Time access but stay on until my normal usage begins?
